Initial Examination

Each patient needs to have an Initial Examination (I.E.) before treatment is planned and started. (Please allow 30-45 minutes for this consultation)

Initial examination includes:
  • Full medical history
  • Physical examination
  • Postural / spinal alignment assessment (digital and manual)
  • Orthopedic joint assessment
  • Neurological assessment
  • Range of motion assessment
  • Body mass and composition analysis
  • Multiple health indicator checks
  • Treatment of acute injuries if necessary (decided by attending Doctor)

Reports of Findings

After the Initial Examination is completed, a Report of Findings (R.O.F.) consultation is scheduled. This may be on another day depending on whether X-rays or additional diagnostics are recommended. Each patient must go through a Report of Findings consultation to plan what care is required to correct/improve their health. (Please allow 30-45 minutes for this consultation)

Report of Findings includes:
  • Digital X-ray analysis and reporting
  • Health goal setting and planning
  • Overall body health report
  • Initial treatment (conservative treatment to gauge patient tolerance)
  • Exercise and nutrition recommendations
  • Mirror image chiropractic adjustments
  • Specific spinal traction
  • Cryo (ice) and heat therapy (If required)
  • Vibration based muscular therapy

Treatment Visits

After the Report of Findings has been completed with health goals and treatment planning set, regular treatment can begin. Treatment is tailored to each individual and can take from 10 minutes to 90 minutes depending on the condition.
